Natural Sesame seeds
Natural sesame seeds are thoroughly cleaned with machines. Necessary care is taken to preserve its nutritional properties. It is widely used in dressing Burgers, Buns, Pizzas and other bakery products. It is a main ingredient for making "Tahini" and "Halva". It is also a source of high grade cholesterol free edible oil.

When Natural sesame seeds is roasted, the nutty sesame taste is more pronounced. It is a highly used ingredient for the various types of organically produced candy bars, power bars, crunchy bars, etc.

Mechanically hulled sesame seeds are made from the cleaned natural sesame seeds. Hulling is done at a low temperature without any additives or chemicals used . The seed only looses its skin in the process. All the natural richness, flavour, vitamins and amino acid are retained in the original form. The digestive system easily absorbs the nutritional properties from the hulled sesame seeds.

There is a particular variety called aqua hulled sesame seeds which remains white after baking. The seeds undergoes double washing and careful drying under controlled temperature. The aqua hulled sesame seeds are very popular in the hamburger bun production due to its property to stick to the bun.

Fenugreek seeds

Young seedlings and other portions of fresh plant material are eaten as vegetables. The plant is quite nutritious, being high in proteins, ascorbic acid, niacin, and potassium (13.1-75). Fenugreek is also used as a livestock feed.

Fenugreek Seeds are used as a spice which has got a natural flavour enhancing properties to the food. Modern research suggests that it help in fighting Diabetes.

The plant thrives in full sun on rich, well-drained soils. Growth is slow and weak in cold temperatures and wet soils. As a leguminous plant, fenugreek needs little if any nitrogen fertilizer, and the plant can enrich soils with nitrogen.

Sesbania seeds

Sesbania is a legume also known as a "Swamp Pea". It is one of the finest quality quail foods available. Small bushy tree up to 15 feet tall with spectacular clusters of red flowers.Used for pipe-stems, substituted for hemp in rope, twine, cordage for fish net, and made into a cloth used for sails. Grown also for firewood, the plant is used for erosion control, hedges, intercropping "mother plants," nitrogen fixation, and windbreaks.

In India seed sown in June–July at onset of southwest monsoon; sowings after September produce poor seed production.Thicker planting facilitates harvest of small plants.The crop is fast-growing, needs little weeding. Usually no fertilizers are applied. In India, grown either as a main crop in rice rotation or as a border crop on the edge of rice fields.

It is Aperient, Germicide, Mucilaginous & Laxative. It is used as a coffee substitute and has a maturant and anodyne action.Recommended for reclamation of saline, alkaline and brackish soils. Used as green manure crop in acidic soils.Seeds used in preparation of sweet dishes. Leaves are popular potherb. In organic farms of India.

According to Ayurveda the leaves and seeds are acrid, laxative , antiperiodic, anthelmintic, ophthalmic, liver tonic, cardiotonic and expectorant. The leaves and seeds are useful in leprosy, ringworm, flatulence, colic, dyspepsia, constipation, cough, bronchitis, cardiac disorders.
